- Peak Seasonal Tariff: 20th Dec 2013 - 15th Jan 2014 : Room Tariff + 1000/night.
- Minimum Stay Required: 02 Continuous Nights.
- Check In: 1200Hrs / Check Out: 1000Hrs.
- Payment Terms: 100 % of Total Tariff on confirmation of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
1. More than 30 days prior to the date of Check In - Advance paid will be refunded after deducting bank transfer charges, if any.
2. 30 - 16 days prior to the date of Check In - 50% of Advance paid will be refunded after deducting bank transfer charges, if any.
3. 15 or less days prior to the date of Check In - No refund of advance paid.
No Show OR Under Stay - No refund of advance paid.
4. During Peak-Season (20th Dec - 15th Jan) - No refund if cancelled 30 or less days prior to the date of Check In.
5. Other resorts & houseboats booked through us will be refunded as per the cancellation policy of respective resort & houseboat.
6. Cancellation request has to be in writing through email; by the same person who had confirmed the booking.
7. Check In date is NOT included in counting above number of days.
